JC Mark Hotel Bintulu

As I was driving around the new Medan, I stumbled upon the JC Mark Hotel Bintulu. The receptionist informed me that they used to have a contract to provide lodging for employees of a company at Sumalaju, but now they are open to the public. Check-in took a while as there were many details required, despite having made a reservation weeks in advance. The room itself was nice and pleasant, but the bathroom items were in need of repair or replacement. The hotel had a good interior design, but there was still room for improvement.

Despite the lack of breakfast, the hotel was in a strategic location with affordable prices and many surrounding restaurants. The bedroom and toilet were spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-functioning air conditioner. However, the towels provided smelled unpleasant and lacked fragrance, with most of them torn at the edges. Additionally, the room did not provide spoons for coffee or tea, and the housekeeping staff failed to refill the coffee and tea supplies.

Overall, the JC Mark Hotel Bintulu had its pros and cons. While there were some issues with the service and amenities, the comfortable and clean room made for a decent stay.
