When you visit Bintulu, there's one noodle dish that comes highly recommended: the Big Prawn Noodle or Mee Udang Galah (fresh water prawn). You can have it in either the wet style, as shown in the top picture, or the comforting soup style. Both versions are equally delicious.
The chef at Sea View Restaurant uses generously sized prawns to create this tantalizing dish. However, be prepared to pay the price for this culinary delight, as it typically ranges from RM33 to RM38 per plate or bowl. Sea View Restaurant is located by the river, right next door to the Riverfront Hotel.
